I came long ago to this land from across the great sea. Treacherous journey it was. I wouldn't want to travel on that sea without a stout set of oars in my hands." You notice her hands must have done some rowing........ ¥....as they are rough and calloused. Treena asks, "Do you want to take some food with you?" "Here you are. Thank you for your company. You come back any time!" Treena fills your sack with food and you say your farewells. イTreena sticks her head out the window. "Come in, come in. Refill your supplies. Only the caster maintains a keen sense of awareness as the magic flows through the air. …You shake your head as the world reappears with a gradual brightening. To the left and right, confused fish swim up to and away from the edge of the water curtain that has cut their world in half. …While walking on the sandy floor, you notice the teeth of a bear-like trap protruding through the sand. You can easily avoid stepping on it and do. You wonder what type of creature was meant to be caught in a lake by a trap like that? 錢 hideous creature juts its head through the wall of water to your right. It sees you, leaps out of the water and, baring its teeth, attacks. XYou send the beast to a watery grave. You can continue your search of the lake floor. ネYour searching uncovers a cleverly hidden secret door disguised as a mossy patch of rock. You remove the stones and discover a small sealed door with a ring in the center. Would you like to open it? フWith a great sigh, a balloon of stale, very damp air rushes past you blowing your hair away from your faces. A deep staircase descends almost straight down into the darkness. Would you like to descend? QYou detect a very strong magic aura around the door. What would you like to try? …Your spell fizzles. The magically sealed door stays closed. キThe area around the door pulses and glows a bright whitish-yellow. The pulsing slows as does the glowing until the area around the door is still. The magic aura around is dispelled. KThe magic aura jolts you with electricity. It does not enjoy being kicked. 覽he beautiful Lake Miwson. You think you catch sight of some sort of fish disturb the surface of the water and then vanish. 餤he locked door is at your feet. What would you like to try? …When you touch the magic door, it discharges electricity of great intensity which engulfs your entire party. ™You close the heavy door behind you. The stairs wind deep into the earth. You find yourself ankle deep in water and sludge from the high level of seepage here. The stairs end in a hallway running away from you to the north. …The door is magically locked and sealed. Nothing but you can get in or out.... hopefully. ミYou drive the spikes like wedges around the door. Nice job. Maybe you should consider driving tent stakes for the circus! With the spikes in place, nothing except you will be able to get in or out of here. You discover the reason the seal was on the door. A roaring thunder fills your ears as Lake Miwson empties into the long lost dungeon. 禝he roaring cascade of water barrels down the hallway headlong into you. You are not sure whether it was the bashing against the stone walls and floor or simply drowning which ended your days. You are sure that you are dead. zAlthough you are able to breath due to your water breathing, you are bounced around like a bobber in a hurricane. Ouch! bThe roaring water shoots you out a flood relief opening and you are happy (and lucky) to be alive. ?The closed door is in front of you. What would you like to do?
